      Gets emitted to present the Emoji chooser for the textView.

      The ::insert-emoji signal is a keybinding signal.

      The default bindings for this signal are Ctrl+. and Ctrl+;

      The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run() is executed.
