      Emitted to move the handle with key bindings.

      This is a keybinding signal.

      The default bindings for this signal are Ctrl+←, ←, Ctrl+→, →, Ctrl+↑, ↑, Ctrl+↓, ↓, PgUp, PgDn, Home, End.
