      int run(Hook newHook, Hook sibling)
      Defines the type of function used to compare GHook elements in g_hook_insert_sorted().
      Parameters:
      newHook - the GHook being inserted
      sibling - the GHook to compare with newHook
      Returns:
      a value <= 0 if newHook should be before sibling

      default int upcall(MemorySegment newHook, MemorySegment sibling)
      The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(Hook, Hook) is executed.
