      int run(Out<Double> newValue)

      Emitted to convert the user's input into a double value.

      The signal handler is expected to use Editable#getText to retrieve the text of the spinbutton and set new_value to the new value.

      The default conversion uses GLib#strtod.

      default int upcall(MemorySegment sourceSpinRow, MemorySegment newValue)
      The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(Out) is executed.
